Anar Moldabekova is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of international legal experience spanning corporate law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation. Originally from Kazakhstan and now based in Chicago, Anar brings a uniquely global perspective to her legal practice, shaped by her work across sectors such as construction, oil & gas, telecommunications, aviation, and online education.

Her legal journey began with a law degree from Kazakh Academic University, graduating with honors in 2003. Throughout her career, she has held senior legal positions with multinational companies and major infrastructure projects, including Astana Expo 2017 and international airlines and telecom corporations.

In 2024, Anar earned her LL.M. in U.S., Transnational, and International Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law, solidifying her expertise in cross-border legal systems. She also holds a Certificate in U.S. Law from the School of American Law in Chicago (2019).

Anar is particularly experienced in navigating FIDIC-based contracts, managing mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing trademark and copyright law matters across jurisdictions. She has a proven track record of legal leadership in both corporate and governmental sectors.
